For 3 years I travelled around the USA for my job on the National Health & Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). I am on the road 48 weeks of the year interviewing people about their eating habits. As a result, have been fortunate enough to see many incredible places and meet many awesome people all across America.

The impossible happened.. I got a job. Bilingual
dietary interviewer, on a traveling medical team doing nutrition & health research across the US. No "home base"...48 wks of travel/4 wks vacation a year. This year's lineup: MD, NY, MI, UT, AZ & CA. I actually start tomorrow!! And thus begins/continues my career in public health. I'm also excited b/c with so much time on the road I will be able to give talks about Ayni & Peru all over. I miss Peru dearly and there is much left to be done...
